Containment setup

Sealed plastic enclosures with negative-air pressure differentials.

Full and half-face PAPR respirators plus disposable Tyvek PPE.

HEPA air scrubbers

Antimicrobial treatment

Why it matters

The year of construction tells the story.

If your building was built before 1990, the materials may contain asbestos — drywall, vermiculite insulation, flooring, mastic, popcorn ceilings. Cutting, sanding, or demolishing those materials without proper containment releases fibres that stay in the air for hours. We test, we contain, and we remove it the right way.
